What you get

All the attention on your training

Undivided attention

An hour that is only about your technique and your goal.

A tailored plan

Built around your level, your schedule and where you want to get to.

A certified coach

Trained at the Calisthenics Opleidingsinstituut, with an eye for safety.

Flexible scheduling

Even if your working hours are irregular or your week looks different every time.

Who it is for

Is personal training right for you?

The group classes are exactly right for most people. But sometimes you want something else, and that is what personal training is for.

  • You have a specific goal. Your first pull-up, a muscle-up or a stable handstand. And you want to work towards it deliberately.
  • You are stuck. You have been training for a while, but you are not progressing and cannot work out why.
  • You would rather start quietly. A group still feels daunting, and you want to get used to things one-on-one first.
  • You have an injury or a limitation. You want to train without making things worse, with someone keeping an eye on you.
  • Your schedule does not fit the timetable. Irregular shifts, often on the road. We plan around your week.
How it works

From first conversation to first skill

No complicated process. We start with a good conversation and build from there.

1

Getting to know each other

You send a message and we call or meet up. What do you want to achieve, how much time do you have, and what are you running into right now?

2

Your plan

Bryan looks at how you move now and builds a progression with clear intermediate steps. So you know exactly what you are working towards.

3

The sessions

You train together outdoors, in Amsterdam or Zaandam. Every session you work on technique, strength and the progression of your skill.

4

Adjusting

Going faster or slower than expected? Then we adjust the plan. Your progress determines the route, not the other way round.

Impossible does not exist, it just has not happened yet.

Almost every skill that looks impossible can be broken down into steps you can already manage. A front lever starts with your knees tucked in. A handstand starts against the wall. The work is not in training harder, but in the right next step at the right moment. And that is exactly what a coach is for.

Goals

What we can work towards together

Whether your goal is a first repetition or a skill you have been eyeing for years: we break it down into steps that are already within reach this week.

  • Your first pull-up
  • More strength and reps
  • Better posture
  • Mobility
  • Handstand
  • Muscle-up
  • Front lever
  • Human flag
Training formats

Choose the format that suits you

On your own, together with someone you know, or as an addition to the group classes. We discuss what works best when we first meet.

One-on-one

You and the coach. The whole hour is about your technique, your progression and your questions. The fastest way to break through a stubborn sticking point.

Most chosen

Duo training

Together with a friend, your partner or a colleague. You share the coach's attention, but also the nudge that actually gets you to show up.

Better value per person

Combining both

Personal training for technique and skills, group classes for volume and good company. For many members this is the nicest mix.

Bryan, coach en oprichter
Your coach

You train with Bryan

Bryan is a certified Calisthenics Coach (trained at the Calisthenics Opleidingsinstituut) and competed at the Dutch Calisthenics Championships in 2022 and 2024. So he knows from his own experience how you build up a skill, and how frustrating it is when you get stuck.

In personal training he looks not only at the exercise, but also at what your week looks like: how much you sleep, how much you recover and what realistically fits in. That way you build something that lasts.

Questions about personal training

Who is personal training suitable for?
For anyone with a specific goal, or with a reason to prefer not to start in a group straight away: a particular skill, coming back after an injury, a busy or irregular schedule, or simply wanting more calm and attention at the start.
Do I need experience?
No. We start with what you can do now and build up from there. If you have never done calisthenics before, one-on-one is a calm way to start.
What does personal training cost?
That depends on how often you train and whether you come alone or with someone else. Send a quick message and we will discuss the options with no obligation and give you a clear proposal.
Where do we train?
Outdoors, at the calisthenics spots in Amsterdam (Parkour Park Laan van Spartaan) and Zaandam (Darwinpark). We agree together which location works best.
Can I combine it with the group classes?
Yes, and that often works best. You use the personal training to work specifically on technique or a skill, and keep the group classes for volume, rhythm and good company.
Can I train with an injury?
Often you can, and one-on-one is a good format for exactly that: Bryan can build the exercises entirely around your complaints. Do check with your GP or physiotherapist whether training is sensible, and tell us what is going on when we first meet.
How often should I come?
That is up to you. Some people come weekly, others a few times to solve one specific issue and then carry on independently or in the group. When we first meet we will advise what suits your goal.
No obligation

Curious what is possible for you?

Tell us briefly what you want to achieve and what your week looks like. Bryan will think it through with you and give you honest advice, even if a group class actually suits you better.

Would you rather train together after all?

Most people come for the group classes: an hour training outdoors with a regular bunch of people, for every level. And your first class is free.
