Privacy & cookie policy

Who we are. Calisthenics Skill Lab (Amsterdam & Zaandam) is responsible for the data collected through this website. Questions about your data? Email info@calisthenicsskilllab.nl.

What data we collect. If you request a free trial class through the booking form, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, city, your preferred location/date/time, and how you found us. We only use this data to arrange your trial class and to contact you if needed.

How long we keep it. We keep bookings for as long as needed to plan your trial class and answer any follow-up questions. Want us to delete your data? Just send an email and we will.

Who we share it with. We don't share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising. Your booking goes to the Calisthenics Skill Lab trainer, so he can schedule your trial class.

Protection against abuse. The form has a few technical measures against spam and bots: a hidden honeypot field, a minimum fill-in time, and a limit per IP address per hour. Your IP address is only used temporarily (at most one hour) and in hashed form to detect abuse — we don't store it permanently. We also use Wordfence, a security plugin that protects the website against attacks.

Statistics (no cookies). We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted statistics tool, to see how many people visit the site and which pages are popular. Umami doesn't use cookies and doesn't recognise you as an individual across visits: visitor data is hashed daily and never shared with third parties or ad networks. We also use heatmaps for this — an overview of where visitors generally click or scroll — which are likewise only shown anonymised and aggregated, never per individual visitor. Because these statistics don't record identifiable personal data and have no impact on your privacy, we don't need a cookie notice for this.

Google Maps. On the location pages we show an embedded Google Maps map. When that map loads, Google may process data according to its own privacy policy. This is outside our control.

WhatsApp. Buttons labelled "send a message" open a WhatsApp (Meta) chat. Once you click it, you leave our website and WhatsApp/Meta's terms apply.

Your rights. You have the right to view, correct, or have your data deleted. Email info@calisthenicsskilllab.nl.

Changes. We may update this policy, for example when the website changes. Last updated: 23 September 2026.
